We are very happy with the response to our online feedback request that patients have filled in over the last six months after visiting us. A big thank-you to everyone who took the time to give us their view on our service: we are so pleased to see the majority views all aspects of our service as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’.
Where two-thirds of respondents considered our literature to be either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ we would still like to satisfy the rest who thought it only ‘good’. As a result we have been focusing on the design of an information leaflet for referred patients to read prior to their examination with us at 109 Harley Street. The leaflet will be an informative description of the scanning process and aims to cover the questions that we are most frequently asked.
