CORONAVIRUS – If you have a prescription for an xray or a scan dated prior to the lockdown, we advise that you re-contact your referring practice first to discuss the timing of your Cavendish Imaging examination and email us or call us as soon as possible to book your preferred appointment time according to availability.

If you have a paper referral, please take a photo of it and email it to us.

If you have been referred online recently, we will contact you shortly.

All our on-line services are accessible, from the reformatting of digital images to the production of anatomical models and computer-assisted design and manufacture (CAD-CAM).

Wheelchair access

A ramp is available for the main entrance steps.  The imaging equipment is on the ground floor and wheelchairs can usually be positioned in front of the 2D equipment.

Payment

Payment will be taken on the day for most examinations, unless we have an account arrangement with your referrer. Our services are recognised by most insurers. Please obtain an authorisation number- specific to your imaging need before your visit and bring your membership/policy number with you on the day of examination.

Please be advised that, when payment is on an account to a third party (e.g. insurance, embassy or sponsor), in the event of non-payment or shortfall on the account, patients are liable for settlement accordingly.

We accept most credit and debit cards (not Amex). If you pay by cash, please bring the exact amount. Up-to-date fees are displayed in the waiting room.
