All our on-line services are accessible to our Malden office customers, from the reformatting of digital images to the production of anatomical models and computer-assisted design and manufacture (CAD-CAM).

Wheelchair access

Our imaging equipment is on the first floor. The entrance to the building is step-free and there is a lift to the first floor. Wheelchairs are positioned in front of the equipment.

How to get here

We are located in the same building as the Grove Medical Centre and the HCA Diagnostic Centre.

For those patients who are driving, you are very likely to find a space in the car park attached to our building. Alternatively, you may park in the Pay & Display side streets.

Our nearest train / overground station is New Malden. There is a 10-15 minute walk from New Malden station to our centre. The nearest bus stop is by Coombes Girl School.


Payment will be taken on the day for most examinations, unless we have an account arrangement with your referrer. Our services are recognised by most insurers. Please obtain an authorisation number- specific to your CT scan before your visit and bring your membership/policy number with you on the day of examination.

We accept credit/ debit cards. We do not accept cash. Up-to-date fees are displayed in the waiting room.

Please be advised that, when payment is on an account to a third party (e.g. insurance, embassy or sponsor), in the event of non-payment or shortfall on the account, patients are liable for settlement accordingly.
